Satin Angora and Satin/German Cross Kits Available

 Colored kits are Satin Angoras from a buck and a doe imported from the US.  There are 7 red and fawn bucks available, and 1 doe.  Fiber is very crimpy.  The silvering on the tips of the coats of some of the kits will shed out with their baby coats.  One well-known breeder has said she's seen brighter color in rabbits who had the silvering as babies.

Red-eyed white kits are available from a REW German Angora doe (one of my heaviest woolers) and the same US import Satin Angora buck.  They are nice and soft.  The Satin gene is recessive, so will need to breed back to a Satin Angora to get the Satin sheen.  There are 2 does and 3 bucks available.

This little German/English cross kit is so sweet and just a lovely color. He will probably be staying with us, but if the right home comes along, I may part with him.

New baby rabbits born June 4th! A very nice cross between Katerina, our pointed white German angora doe which we imported from Germany this Spring, and Velveteen, our white English angora buck imported from the USA last year. Their fiber is coming in silky like anya / mom's and soft and fluffy like apa / dad's. All babies are pointed white - himi, and have been hand raised so are very friendly and love people and children. These photos were taken at 3.5 weeks of age. There are 5 kits / babies available, and they will be ready to go to new homes during the first week of August. We live in the Szeged area, and will do our best to help with transport where we can.

Nagyon különleges, himalája színű angóra nyuszik születtek nálunk június 4-én! A mamájuk Katerina, német angóra egyenesen Németországból, a büszke apa pedig Velveteen, az angol angóra bakunk Amerikából. A piciket kézzel neveltük, ezért a lehető legbarátságosabbak, a gyerekekkel is jól kijönnek. A szőrük fantasztikusan selymes, dús és puha. Amellett, hogy nagyszerű kedvencek lesznek (a papa és a mama is szobatiszta), a szőrükből a legpuhább és legmelegebb luxus fonal készíthető! Az angóra nyúl Magyarországon még rendkívül ritka, ez a szín pedig csak nálunk elérhető. Nem tévesztendő össze a törpenyulakkal, a mieink 3-4 kilósak, és ők azok, akik az angóra gyapjút adják. Ezek a képek 3.5 hetes korukban készültek, 5 kis nyuszi eladó, augusztus első hetétől elvihetők. Jelenleg Szegeden vannak, ha szükséges a szállításban próbálunk segíteni.
